Our Coronavirus Policy

Graiglwyd Springs are glad to take holiday bookings which are compliant with the current Welsh Government coronavirus guidance. More information can be found at: www.gov.wales/coronavirus

If you are unable to travel after you have made your booking, we can either offer a full refund less a £30 booking fee, or arrange a later booking date. If a member of your party needs to self-isolate or someone is affected by regional restrictions, we can also arrange a rescheduling of your booking. If you wish to discuss any individual circumstances, please feel free to contact us.

Our policy is to be as understanding and flexible as possible during these times. It is important that everyone stays safe and in the near future things will return back to normal.
